PROFILE

Aaron Jensen is co-founder at Qualia Analytics and brings a multi-disciplinary professional and educational background. He is also currently a Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin (Ireland) and the CONNECT Centre (connectcentre.ie), SFI Research Centre for Future Networks and Communications.

For the last 6 years, Aaron has coordinated R&D and co-designed proprietary digital technology for research process automation, enabling advanced data collection protocols and cross-organisational benchmarking. He specialises in survey methodology and how to engage participants in online research. He is skilled in analysis and reporting from quantitative data. He has delivered market research projects and influential reports for a wide range of government and non-profit institutions, such as European Space Agency, Science Foundation Ireland, the UK government’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), Arts Council England, the National Coordinating Centre for Public Engagement, as well as the Association of Science & Technology Centers.

He holds a first degree in psychology, master’s degree in marketing from the University of Edinburgh Business School. He has received his PhD in Entrepreneurship Psychology from the University of Strathclyde Business School and Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship. His research is focused on the links between business processes (innovation & commercialisation) at different levels of analysis (individual and firm).
